Why us.

New Mexico local

We work the whole state — including Catron, Sierra, Hidalgo, Mora, Rio Arriba — where most off-grid builds are.

Conventional or alternative

Soil decides. We test, recommend, and install whatever the site actually needs.

Coordinated installs

Most of our customers also need a well, solar, or excavation. One contractor, one mobilization.

Licensed & insured

Fully licensed and insured in New Mexico.

Service Area

All 33 New Mexico counties.

We install septic across all 33 New Mexico counties, including the remote rural areas where most new builds are. Soil percolation determines whether a conventional gravel-bed leach field works or whether we install an alternative system (mound, ATU, drip). Either way, NM setback requirements from wells, property lines, and surface water still apply, and we engineer to them — for compliance and for the system to last.

Frequently asked.

Depends on soil percolation. We test, then recommend the right design.
2–5 days on site. Schedule depends on tank availability and weather.
No. We can install septic before, during, or after well drilling — easier in one mobilization but works either way.
Yes. Most of our septic jobs are on unaddressed rural parcels. We meet you on a parcel ID, lat/long, or access road. NM setback requirements still apply, and we engineer to them.
Yes — we design alternative systems (mound, ATU, drip) when percolation is too slow for conventional. The site test tells us which.
Free quote. Cost depends heavily on tank size, leach field length, soil conditions, and access. We give you a fixed-price quote after the site visit.
